工作职责：
- Challenge the organization on technical improvements to achieve higher efficiency and better quality.
- Managing technical specialists in the field of machining, sheet metal and welding, special processes, quotation engineering.
- Managing and supporting the growth of mechanical design engineering.
- Initiating technical improvements and investment proposals.
- Responsible for development of the technical product and manufacturing roadmap.
- Supporting sales department in technical feasibility reviews of complicated parts and systems.
职位要求：
Education:
- Must: University degree in Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
Experience:
- Must: more than 8 year engineering or production experience in the industry of Mechatronic systems or equipment
- Must: Business-to-business experience in Semiconductor, Solar or Medical industry.
- Must: affinity with Manufacturing Technology (machining, sheet metal, welding, assembly, surface treatments, testing & qualification).
- Must: at least in 2 manufacturing technologies in-depth experience.
- Must: able to challenge the internal organization on technology improvements and Cost price Reduction.
- Must: affinity with mechanical 3D design, design specifications and Value engineering
- Must: able to support Sales on technical feasibilities and new technical opportunities.
- Strong preference: knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma
- Strong preference: networker experience
- Preference: Project management experience
- Preference: affinity with Supply Chain Management (logistics, purchasing, shipping)
- Preference: hands-on experience with respect to international standards & regulations applicable to product design, manufacturing and installation
Managerial profile:
- Must: extremely good up- & downward communication skills.
- Must: people manager and strong leadership.
- Strong preference: on-site experience at customer sites.
- Strong preference: Project management experience.
Communication profile:
- Must: fluent in English
- Must: communication skills with western suppliers, partners, customers
