Role Summary/Purpose

Responsible for the management and development of specific nominated distributor relationships, identifying and pursuing their own accounts, funnel management, territory management, and meeting defined market share and quota targets. The objective is to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/key customer group, in accordance with the Country/Regional Business Plan. Typically 3-6 years experience.

Essential Responsibilities

• 在指定的区域内完成公司下达的销售指标；
• 执行公司的市场策略和销售政策；
• 为分销商提供产品支持，协助分销商达成销售指标；
• 在所在区域开发/建立并维护良好的分销经营渠道；
• 建立和维护客户的长期关系，提高客户的满意度；
• 利用销售工具收集/分析所在区域的市场情况，寻找潜在的机会，提供准确的市场预测；
• 开展和组织所负责区域的市场推广和销售活动；
• 挖掘和跟踪政府采购项目机会。

Qualifications/Requirements

• 大学本科或以上学历，医学，工程背景优先；
• 3年以上医疗器械/耗材分销商管理经验或直接销售经验，有超声设备经验优先；
• 高度诚信和敬业精神，遵守公司相关规定；
• 较强的市场开拓和沟通能力及优秀的谈判技巧；
• 能用英语阅读专业资料并写作，熟练操作电脑；
• 卓越的对内对外沟通技能；
• 团队工作的技能（包括寻找和利用各种资源达成目标的能力）
• 良好的演讲技能
• 能够承受相应压力，并拥有自我学习的意愿和能力。
