1. Maintenance engineering SI is responsible to give Supervisors and Teams the prerequisites to do their work and achieve targets by acting as an coach and enabler in the maintenance engineering area.

2. According to the company's annual target, plan and task, formulate the targets, plan and measure of the maintenance group. And ensure the implementation of the measures.
依据公司年度目标、计划，制订本部门的目标、计划和实施措施，并负责各项措施的落实到位。
3. Responsibility for the maintenance cost control coordination ,VDM introduction ，specific experts team, EAM system ,new project ,reliability topics, ensure the efficient work of the EAM system, and do the process monitor, analyse the data, and take effective countermeasure of correction.
负责协调维修的费用控制，VDM的导入，技术专家队伍，维修IT系统，新项目，设备可靠性等维修工程科目，并做好过程监控，进行必要的分析处理，采取有效措施加以控制。
4. Continuous improvement and perfection of process document and standard work to ensure the equipment running safely and efficiently.
不断改进，完善各种工艺文件和标准化作业，确保设备安全有效运行。
5. Coordinate the external (suppliers) and internal (departments) resources, satisfy the request of the plant maintenance and project team.
协调外部服务供应商和内部各部门资源，确保高质量的满足工厂维修、项目各项业务需求
6. Organize and develop the continuous improvement, optimize the maintenance process and standard operation,
组织开展不断改进工作，优化改进维修流程和标准操作。
7. Operate to according to and communicate the company philosophy and the VCMS’s 5 principles. Responsible for VCMS implementation within his area
8. 根据VCMS来进行维修的运营管理工作，负责VCMS在维修领域的实施
9. Superintendent is the primary coach and trainer for his/her team regarding VCMS methods and tools..
10. 负责组织VCMS在维修领域的培训.

1. University degree or equivalent (Master or Bachelor).大学本科及以上学历。
2. Management experience + 3 years, experience in the maintenance area at least 6 years.3年管理工作经验，至少6年维修领域工作经验。

3. Fluent in English. 英语熟练流利。
4. You have a holistic view of the business and are good in communication. 要有整体观念和良好的沟通能力。
5. Good knowledge of MS windows and MS office applications. 熟悉办公软件、操作系统。
6. Skilled in leadership and coaching, being able to motivate, teach and encourage people. 有良好的领导与指导技巧，能够激励员工，教导和鼓励人。
7. High analytical and problem solving skills. 良好分析与解决问题的能力。
8. Able to work efficiently under high pressure. 能在高压下有效工作。
