职位描述
Job Responsibilities
？ Prepare desktop and laptop for new office users
？ Install OS and specific software according to Group standards and local requirements
？ Manage IT assets aligning with the standard process and identify any opportunity to improve
？ Conduct troubleshooting independently and provide solutions to end users through the proactive cooperation with regional IT experts in GC, Group experts in US and outsourced vendors
？ Deploy infrastructure and workplace deliverables in line with project timeline
？ Check application servers and IT server room regularly with efficient logs
？ Raise efficient tickets in ITSM System, track the statuses positively and escalate the issues properly
？ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
？ Provides training and guidance to office staff
Skill and Experiences
？ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
？ 5 years of progressive experience in Information Technology or Computing industry or related job function
？ Familiar with Office 365 Apps (Outlook, Excel, OneDrive, SharePoint)
？ Strong technical capability of PC maintenance
？ “Can-do” attitude always
？ Calm and polite manner when dealing with end users even in challenging situations
？ Good interpersonal and listening skills with multi-cultural sensitivity and respect
？ Good at English in reading, writing, and speaking. English fluency is a plus
？ Professional certificate is a plus (e.g., ITIL, network, etc.)
