岗位职责：
1，餐饮商配日常需求对接，包括周餐单制定，商配供应商、餐单、花茶品类等周期性更换安排；夜宵、晚餐的品质管控；
2，供应商月度费用结算、费用报销；
3，大型活动、集团会议活动餐饮商配支持工作；
4，健身房、理疗室、小邮局、小卖店、饮水机日常检查；商配自助设备工区合理分布放置、及时巡检维护；及时提出商配优化方案；
5，各项检查记录台账及时更新；每月商配费用结算及爱玛客相应费用结算、材料打印整理并实时跟进费用结算的进度；
6，及时解决同学日常商配问题；
任职要求：
1，仪表整洁，举止端庄，性格开朗，热情，口齿伶俐，应变能力强；
2，熟悉商配相关工作流程，熟悉应用各种办公软件；
3，积极配合甲方安排的工作任务，协调资源作出快速响应、按时按质量要求完成；
4，细致认真，服务意识强，具有较强人际交往能力及团队合作精神；
5，积极配合同学的需求，协调资源作出快速响应、按时按质量要求完成；
6、不得因任何原因与客户发生争执，有问题及时上报主管处理；
