职位职能: 招聘专员/人力资源专员

职位要求：
1、大学统招本科及以上学历，人力资源、英语或理工科类相关专业；
2、具备2年以上人力资源工作经验或专职招聘经验；
3、具有良好的数据分析能力及沟通表达能力；
4、性格温和、有耐心、积极主动，为人正直，忠诚守信，工作严谨；
5、熟练的英语读、写、听、说能力及办公软件应用能力。

岗位职责：
1、执行招聘计划，进行工作分析；
2、维护和拓展全国范围内的招聘渠道；
3、负责中国区总部职位的招聘任务，包括发布职位信息，收集简历，安排面试及薪酬谈判；
4、负责办理员工入职、离职面谈等调配事务；
5、提供招聘分析报告和企业人员结构分析报告。

该职位隶属于全国招聘团队职位，一经录用签订正式劳动合同，享受五险一金
工作时间：周一至周五 9:00-18:00
工作地点：朝阳区呼家楼民生大厦
