Job title: Marketing Manager, ARAMARK China Healthcare

Reporting line: Reports to Business Development Director of ARAMARK China Healthcare

Location: Beijing

Role purpose:
As a Marketing Manager, you will step into a marketing position where you are challenged to think beyond the obvious, creating and executing marketing programs for one of the world’s most admired companies in facility service industry. Marketing Manager will report to and work closely with Business Development Director of ARAMARK China Healthcare to ensure that we have consistent branding and marketing plans and initiatives, and that we work together as a team to achieve execution excellence.

Major responsibilities:
-Assist ARAMARK Healthcare Business Development Director in the creation and implementation of a sustainable national marketing strategy and plan;
-Plan out, develop and substantiate ARAMARK Healthcare brand attributes portfolio (presenters, brochures, marketing materials & collaterals etc.);
-Build up industry leading website, which is positioned as the key corporate marketing platform, and develop and manage the contents for the website;
-Actively participate in key industrial events to lift up corporate brand image and generate quality sales opportunities;
-Proactively plan for and roll out regionalized workshops/seminars by working together with regional sales team throughout China;
-Partner with 3rd party marketing channels to implement integrated marketing communication initiatives;
-Assist VP and BD Director in setting up, maintaining and advancing public relations with governmental authorities, industrial institutions and media.

Preferred qualifications
-Minimum BA/BS degree, MBA definitely as a plus;
-3-5 years experiences in B2B marketing;
-Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, aggressive timelines as well as multiple overlapping projects at one time;
-Strong English skills;
-Honest and reliable; A can-do attitude; Hands-on mentality;
-Good communication skills; Team spirit.
