工作职责

1. 定期对写字楼内商业配套设施做好巡检；

2. 写字楼内的温馨提示等宣传资源投放工作的开展及协助；

3. 各类活动物资的需求提报、场地布置等活动支持；

4. 协助行政类费用结算, 审核费用明细，按内网系统及财务制度要求等，核算审核到位；

5. 日常环境监督、绿植监督, 监管办公区绿植品相，及时记录并反馈给甲方及绿植供应商；

6. 协调各端口保障楼内良好办公环境，推动各端口流程提升和优化，做好能源节约等措施；

任职要求

1.在专业领域中，对公司职位的标准要求、政策、流程等从业所必需了解的知识基本了解，对于本岗位的任务和产出很了解，能独立完成复杂任务，能够发现并解决问题;

2.具备独立管理能力，沟通协调能力强；

3.熟悉物业管理相关知识，深入了解与本专业相关的工作内容和技术要求、以及相应的法律法规；
