大庆招聘

1、负责整个项目安全策略的制订和实施，保障安全业务运营质量管理；

2、负责各项安全管理流程的制订和维护，并针对性的组织相关人员进行业务培训和考核；

3、对接客户，了解客户需求，并能出具适配项目现场的方案计划；

4、负责团队管理，定期进行业务检查、绩效考评及业务提升；

5、协助城市管家与各城办案场大物业建立联动机制，确定突发应急响应资源；

6、制订适配各城办本地的应急突发响应流程并落实培训；

7、负责定期的安全业务汇报工作;

8、领导安排的其他事宜。

岗位需求：

1、40周岁以下，大专或以上学历；

2、5年以上大型园区、商业中心、甲级写字楼、互联网公司安全管理经验；

3、3年以上安全经理同等职位经验；

4、熟悉安全、消防等法律法规，具备组织管理能力和安全风险管理知识；

5、具备安全管理策略制订及体系方案编制能力，有网点式项目安全管理经验尤佳；

6、沟通能力强，有大物业、公安、消防等部门或单位直接接口经验；

7、持安全工程师、安全评级师等专业证件优先。
