Leasing Manager is responsible for the expansion in a specific geographic region in a specified country, both for new stores as well as for lease actions for existing stores (renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions and terminations).

What will you do?

As a Leasing Manager, your responsibilities will include:

? Creates growth strategy by developing and maintaining the road map for the geographic region

? Makes sure full potential in geographic region is mapped and added to the roadmap

? Ensures that the portfolio is commercially competitive in the geographic area

? Negotiates lease actions for existing stores (kick-outs, terminations, lease term, extensions, rent reductions)

? Enables optimization of each deals selling, "location" and profitability

? Recommends the full business case in terms of fit with market strategy, "location" requirements, commercial idea, configuration of space, economic and legal terms

? Fact based targets for sales, rent and net investments levels

? Recommends ready negotiated business cases (HOT, lease line) for approval by the country Leasing Committee (Country Manager, Country Controller and Head of Expansion)

? Tracks the performance of new stores and rebuilds

? Coordinates with other functions before finalizing the negotiations (construction, interior responsible, accounting, HR, marketing, merchandising, visual, security, etc.)

Who are you?

? Preferably 5 years of experience with leasing, retail is preferred

? You are comfortable expressing yourself in English as this is our business language
