Primary responsibility
主要职责:
Deliver product and disease related information to doctors by development and implementation of Regional Marketing
通过发展和执行区域市场计划向医生传递相关疾病及产品的信息
Establish pertinent regional marketing plan
制定有针对性的区域市场计划
Accomplish national marketing plan with the cooperation of PM
协助PM完成全国性市场活动
Implement regional marketing plan with the cooperation of sales team
会同销售部执行区域市场计划
Actively feed back information from expert and competitor
及时反馈区域专家,医生及竞争产品的信息
Organize the Local academic meeting with attractive contents under our strategy
组织区域会议,并合理安排会议内容并及时反馈
Maintenance and develop national and regional expert
维护和开发全国及区域专家
Establish KA file
建立关键客户档案
Organize pertinent activity and development plan of KA
有针对性地组织关键客户的会议活动及发展计划
Actively communicated with sales team, Be the key coordinator for integration with National Sales manager
与销售部,医学部沟通,成为与全国销售经理整合的枢纽
Actively communicate with sales supervisors about meeting ,activities and projects monitoring
和销售经理及主管就会议,活动及项目方面的积极沟通
Representatives product knowledge training
销售代表的产品知识培训
Joint call with representatives and sales supervisors,attend regular meeting
与销售代表和主管的协同拜访,定期参加周会
Keep in touch with the PM and MM for the clinic studies. and make sure completing the studies on time
就临床市场临床情况及时与PM和医学部同事沟通, 确保及时完成研究
Coordinate with National sales manager through the integration program for making consents on local promotion
通过整合项目与全国销售经理在全国各区域协调一致, 完成目标
Improve marketing skill
提高市场部工作技能
Enhance skills of marketing analysis and job reporting
提高市场数据分析及工作报告撰写的技能
Develop and lead the RPS to achieve the objective
管理并发展下RPS(如有)
Make sure implementing the local marketing plan efficiently and on time .
全面贯彻市场策略在区域的准确及时完成
Coordinate the routine job of RPS and feedback MM/GPM
协助RPS 的日常工作,并反馈MM/GPM.
Improve the RPS’s marketing skill through training and practices
通过培训和实践提高RPS的市场技巧
Responsible for reporting all the Adverse Event you’re aware of to Local Drug Safety Department on the day when you become aware of the event.
有责任将获悉的不良事件在获悉当日尽快报告给药品安全部门
Requirements
要求:
Bachelor degree or above
大学本科或以上
Medication, marketing, commerce preferred
医学、药学, 市场, 商科专业优先
At least CET-4 Certificate
大学英语四级以上
At least 2 years experience in sales or marketing unit of major or joint venture Pharma. Company
3年以上大型或合资制药企业的销售或市场工作经验
Good accountability of medical understanding and marketing plan implementing.
良好医学理解和市场计划贯彻能力。
Knowledge and experience in driving regional product management
具有管理区域产品的知识和经验。
Excellent analytical ,communication skill and good accountability of problem solving.
优秀的分析,沟通及解决问题的能力。
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skill
优秀的表达和人际能力
Language skill: Good at English, listening, speaking, reading and writing.
