职位描述
- Drive the annually Standard Operation Process (SOP) review with each workstream, and review and develop process maps for each SOP.
- Develop the training decks and plans to communicate SOP and process maps, with feedbacks for further improvement.
- Perform governance assurance check on each workstream based on the KPIs on a monthly basis and drive all opening findings to close.
- Regular touch base with each workstream to collect, review and finalize all data source for KPIs, Monthly Operations Review (MOR) and KPI check-ins.
- Drive Innovation programs to achieve the KPI targets and socialize the results regularly with team and Nike clients.
- Work with each workstream to run Value programs in Nike account to monitor the saving status. Socialize the results regularly with team and Nike clients.
- Cover part of EHS functions after getting proper trainings.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English.
- Problem solving: Able to confidently work through problems and find solutions.
- Collaboration: Displays the ability to work in a team. Shares information and is prepared to assist colleagues when necessary in order to deliver a task or project
- Desire to learn: Displays a willingness and enthusiasm to learn and be guided by Senior Developers and stays up to date with the latest industry information
