大庆招聘

岗位职责：

1、负责项目现场所需物料的采购，并制定年度采购计划；

2、协助部门经理做好采购流程的控制，并提出优化建议；

3、分析供应商市场信息，及时收集相关资料，确定短期和长期的供应商及供应渠道；

4、负责采购合同的拟定、执行及跟进，采购物料交货期的跟踪及控制；

5、物料质量跟踪及物料到货入库跟进；

6、处理退换货及一般赔偿事宜；

7、保管采购计划、购货合同，供应商信息更新。

任职要求：

1. 学历要求：大专及以上学历，商务相关专业毕业；
2. 所需技能和能力:
3. 熟悉商务流程，有物料、服务采购的相关经验，业务熟练，具备独立项目采购完成工作的能力；
4. 具有优秀的人际沟通和协调能力、计划与执行能力以及团队合作精神；
5. 能承受较大的工作压力；为人正直，工作细致、严谨，具有高度的工作热情、敬业精神和责任感；
6. 外语及计算机要求：具有一定的英语基础、能熟练运用各类办公软件；
7. 工作经验要求：3年以上物业或服务企业采购工作经验，拥有本地供应商资源者优先。
