工作摘要/目的Job Summary / Purpose

In charge of HR process and policies. Manage Employee Central System (EC) to ensure data quality. Bring HR insight by data analysis and regular reports.

主要职责/责任Essential Duties / Responsibilities

Manage HR process and policies. Internal consultant role to answer employee question about firm policy.

Conduct day-to-day HR operations, provide a smooth, fast and accurate on-boarding and exit processes.

Maintain employee transactions in HR systems including new hires, exits, changes, relocations, etc.

Provide regular HR reports on a monthly basis and provide data analysis and HR insight according to stakeholders’ needs.

Responsible for leave and overtime management in HR system and provide reports.

Coordinate system upgrade with both HQ and local requirement.

Assist to implement various people initiatives and projects.

Support manager on other HR related tasks

任职资格Job Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, human resource, business management or English major is preferred.

2-3 year working experience in HRIS or HR operation is preferred.

Familiar with MS Office software especially good at Excel and PPT
