What You will Do:

1. Conduct cost saving against management targets by spend / cost-analysis activities, co-ordinate with the business and R&D team to identify savings opportunities

2. Project management: leading the saving / supply security project, leverage the necessary resource to ensure the efficiency and on time delivery.

3. Supply security: Develop market intelligence on supply base, monitor the key events ((natural disasters, force majeure, logistics issues, etc) and develop, execute the mitigation plan to minimum the impact to daily operation

4. Sourcing strategy: Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on TDC model

5. Contact management: Negotiate supplier contracts utilizing contract templates & procedures

6. Supplier management: Develop and manage supplier relationships and manage supplier performance

7. Collaborate global / regional category team to ensure the global / regional strategy implement on country level

8. Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders to capture and anticipate the business requirements

Requirements：

1. Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering or related field

2. More than 5 years of experience within sourcing, procurement, commercial or operations for Chemical industry will be preferred.

3. Excellent spend analysis skills

4. Strong communication skills and negotiation skills

5. Strategy thinking and effective problem solving

6. Professional and ethical personal conduct and demeanor

7. Endless curiosity, motivation, and determination to succeed

8. Strong in oral and written communication in both English and Mandarin.
