Reporting to:
Process Manager
Travelling:
Rarely
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Organize the maintenance team to ensure all the equipment and infrastructure with good status all the time
+ Control the maintenance cost to ensure the maintenance cost in the budget
+ Continuously improve the maintenance process. Equipment status and downtime get improving continually
+ Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters
+ Complement and ensure are in line with Management System
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree on Engineer in mechanics and/or electronics
+ More than three years work experiences in maintenance (mechanics and electronics
+ Required technical skills: siemens S7 PLC , siemens840D, funuc CNC
+ Good team player spirit
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and good English
