技能要求：

岗位职责：

1. 确保供电、供水、空调暖通系统正常运行，出现故障立即维修，并完成每月PM预防保养计划。  

2. 遵守安全操作规程，正确使用安全防护装置（PPE），以保证工作中人员和设备的安全。

3. 保持设备的外观整洁，定期做好各设备间的清洁工作。   

4. 突发事件和设备故障要反应快速、抢修及时，降低维修时间，确保设备的运行正常 。

任职资格：

1. 高中或中专以上学历；

2. 3年以上设备设施实际操作维护经验；

3. 有高压证/空调证双证优先；

4. 良好的沟通、协调，客户服务意识，责任心强

5. 45周岁以下，身体健康。

上班时间：周一至周五，早8:00-12:00 13:30-17:30
