Key Responsibility:

• Manage and monitor dealer network performance in the area to ensure the company's short and long-term objectives are met.
• Co-design and implement with dealers agreed action to improve dealer profitability and performance.
• Ensuring the quality and quantity of dealer activities to achieve the required results.
• Ensuring that the customer experience offered by the dealers in the area in an extension of the company's ambition and strategy.
• Manage the co-op budget incumbent activities and advertising, best allocating spending to highest potential return regional focus.
• Manage and monitor the franchise obligations of the dealers in the area and ensure compliance with the company's reporting requirements are achieved.

Regularly review and refine business processes to reduce costs, improve efficiencies.

Experience Required:

• 5+ years sales experience in premium automotive product retail operations - motor vehicle dealer is an asset
• Solid knowledge of market and service structure in the Chinese vehicle environment
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong communication and negotiation Skill
• Understanding of marketing concepts
• Basic knowledge of electronic data processing
• Driver's license
• Capable of working independently under pressures.Good listener
