职位描述：

1、每日巡视检查强、弱电机房，确保设备正常运行，认真做好设备运行保养记录，保持机房的环境整洁；

2、对突发性设备故障，按应急处理程序工作，快速抢修，使系统尽快投入工作状态，保护物业区域正常运行。

任职要求：

1、持有高压（低压）运行维修特种作业操作证；

2、具备二年以上同职工作经验，年龄40岁以下；

3、有分析判断和独立操作能力，有较好的沟通能力；

4、身体健康，人品优秀，无不良嗜好，服务意识强；

5、熟知商业写字楼工作流程，严格遵守公司的各项规章制度和操作规程；

6、熟悉各个系统的基本工作原理与接线方法，按计划定时进行保养；

7、熟悉物业区域内强弱电系统，能够遇到突发事故能正确诊断故障点，并恢复正常运行。

工作时间：

8小时，双休
