As the Porfolio Manager in ELC China Online Digital Operations team, you will lead the delivery of the channels’ digital experience for various brands in China. You will manage the overall China porfolio from planning and prioritization process to project execution and delivery. You will identify the funding and resource plan to deliver the overall roadmap, and closely monitor progress against plans. You need to proactively identify and resolve the dependencies and challenges to ensure our porfolio’s timely delivery.

Working within a large Digital Operations team, you will be a driver who effectively understands and organizes resources and achieves business objectives. You will also partner with executives across multiple functions and countries to understand our strategy, roadmap, and to ensure business objectives are met and exceeded.

Key responsibilities:

1. Portfolio Management

· Be responsible for leading the China Intake process, triaging and gather requirements from different stakeholders and partner with business analysis, product management and technical teams to identify the initiative’s key scope, business targets, resource and funding requests.

· Be responsible for managing the overall China portfolio, track funding and team progress, report projects status, and identify and resolve dependencies and risks

· Lead the prioritization process to ensure an aligned roadmap across business units and global online development plan

· Create and govern portfolio-wide reporting including oversight of reporting dashboards and templates for all stakeholder groups, and support project-level reporting and productivity analysis, and set governance of reporting meetings

1. Process execution and enhancements

• Provide mentorship, coaching for other teams as appropriate.

• Maintain and enhance portfolio and delivery management methodologies, standards and procedures based on local practice and align with agile PMO globally on enhancement opportunities

• Oversee key initiatives project execution plan and report status to ensure the transparency and visibility of the portfolio

1. Collaboration and Vendor management

• Promotes and encourages collaboration and transparency and builds trusting relationships between business, delivery, and other entities within the organization

• Collaborate across partners to develop and govern the resourcing framework for management and capabilities of all resourcing types (internal and external vendors), based on the SAFe agile team structure

  Qualifications:

• 8 years minimum Program/Project management experience with managing multiple projects or big programs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within the organization

• Strategic thinking/problem solving

• Strong decision making + organizational skills and effective time management skills

• Proven team leadership/coaching/mentoring

• Comfortable with ambiguity, active inquiry skills

• Relationship building at all levels and cross-function/platform

• Manage the project organization or supervise a team in a global or virtual environment

• Negotiation, facilitation, stakeholder management

• Vendor management

• Cost/quality/schedule controls

• In-depth knowledge of Project Management methodology, PM tools and processes

• Agile Certification and experience in an agile role

• You have experience in Global and/or multi-Branded corporations

• SAFe (Scaled Agile) certification and experience a plus
