JOB DETAILS
Job Purpose
This position is responsible for evaluating, selecting and ordering equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment. Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues. Studies equipment performance and reliability.
Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations. Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
Scope:
As a technical expert in supporting the electrical and mechanical system in operation & maintenance, which includes, but not limited to the HV/MV/LV electrical power, UPS, Transformer, generator, HVAC, cooling/heat water system, fire protection system, etc.
Key Responsibilities
? Focus on total productive maintenance and overall equipment efficiency, deliver the low maintenance and facility cost and high productivity result to achieve company goal
? Defines equipment maintenance plans (including preventive maintenance plan) and assures the full realization of them according to the production plans
? Work out the periodic maintenance planning (daily, monthly, or yearly) for different equipments according to the technical specifications and production forecast
? Define the needed spare parts list of production equipment, be responsible to maintain it in good condition.
? Repair all equipment malfunctions to minimize the impact on the production by preparing trouble shoot process
? Preventive maintenance for equipment & whole plant facilities
? Responsible for emergency equipment trouble shooting to keep the production uptime, continuously improve equipment stability
? Responsible for troubleshooting, incident root-cause analysis, operations reliability improvement, energy monitoring & conservation and innovation engineering
? Responsible for managing and maintaining capitalized asset.
? Maintenance all site buildings and infrastructures within the facility including streamline layout, power supply, water supply/drainage, office and workshop renovation, air compressors, ventilation system, heating/cooling system and fire protection system, etc
? Be familiar with all equipments in plants, maintain all maintenance equipments accurate documents integrity and equipment history database reachable.
? Be familiar with water/gas/electric layout in the plant.
? Involve in and monitor new equipments setting-up and debugging to assure all equipment are meet plant requirements.
? Coordinate special equipment maintenance with external resource, such as maintenance of cranes, forklifts and boiler
? Insure safety when servicing and maintenance services, carry out 5S;
? Maintain up to date documentation on maintenance procedures
? Work with EHS engineer to ensure effective Environmental Health and Safety processes and programs in compliance with company's policy.
? Identify proactively any technical malfunction of machine during the production session and set up different correction plans to maintain the equipment production performance target.
? Be responsible for the daily management and development of the Equipment Maintenance
? Complete the day-to-day maintenance, technical renovation and preventive inspection of various production equipment and facilities.
? Maintain up to date documentation on maintenance procedures;
? Other tasks assigned by the manager..
Conduct tasks in accordance with applicable health, safety, quality and environmental regulations (state regulations, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, etc) as well as Rockwell Automation code of conduct and other corporate policies and procedures.
