大庆招聘

岗位职责：

1、根据公司的标准向医院客户提供药品、器械、化验单、标本、病人的科室间运送服务；

2、负责运送部员工的培训、辅导、考核、工时审核、团队文化等日常管理工作；

3、负责与客户的有效沟通，及时处理客诉及根据客户意见提升服务质量；

4、负责公司的财务、人力资源、运作、销售等政策和制度在运送部门内的落实；

5、负责处理运送部门内部的的突发情况

6、领导交办的其他事项

任职要求：

1、大专以上学历，专业不限，性别户籍不限；

2、5年以上工作经验，3年以上服务行业管理经验；有物业公司从业经验优先；

3、具有良好的沟通协调能力、组织能力、专业形象和团队精神；

4、熟练操作办公自动化软件（word、excel、ppt）

5、较强适应能力和抗压能力；

6、适应医院工作环境；

上班时间：5天8小时，周末双休，节假日正常休息

上班地点：重庆市渝北区两江新区金渝大道20号重庆医科大学附属儿童医院两江分院（礼嘉地铁站）

工资待遇：6500-7000元/月（五险一金+带薪年假+免费体检+节日福利+年终奖金+补贴）
