ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a global retailer specialized in selling brand products, made with materials provided by various components.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Zhengzhou, Henan Province, China
Reporting to:
Line Manager
Travelling:
Intensively
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Supplier Quality Assurance (Quality/Social/Environment/Laboratory)
+ Product Quality Assurance (including Toxicology and GTD)
+ Continuous improvement on quality and product
+ Ensure the implementation lead time of new products.
+ Ensure the industrialization process
+ Ensure the quality and the manufacturing cost of the products
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree or above(prefer overseas education background candidate)
+ 1 to 5 years garment product supplier management experience or at least sports goods product experience
+ At least 1 to 2 years related experience for the junior vacancy
+ At least 3 to 5 years related experience for the senior vacancy
+ Acknowledged quality management skill is preferred
+ Acknowledged quality management skill is preferred
+ Chinese Mandarin native speaker
+ Proficiency in English, French will be a plus
+ Logical and organized person, ease at communication in MNC
+ Dynamic, sportive, responsible team player
+ Accept frequent business trip in China
