Responsibilities
o Work with GM to set short and long term marketing & brand strategy for retail sales. Setting clear direction and strategies for sales & commercial team. To lead marketing function in companies planning cycles for China.
o Set up clear retail guidelines in stores design, locations, pricing and brand strategies for commercial teams to execute. Coordinate training for sales team to align competencies with company strategy.
o Create marketing strategies based on buying trends and consumer income information. The strategies are implemented with the goal of achieving predetermined company objectives. 
o Establish customer satisfaction programs, promotional packages with coupons and incentives as well as materials for media distribution. He/she is responsible for allotting the budget among marketing campaigns, advertising strategies and promotional tools. He/she must supervise subordinate marketing professionals, assigning tasks and following up to ensure successful completion.
o Branding image management – work with the national sales team to make sure all our stores have standard and qualified display. Get our brand well presented and drive the sales growth via the store display efficiency.
o Franchisee store management - work with the national sales team to make sure all franchisee stores have standard at and qualified display. Get our brand well presented under one direction and drive the sales growth via the store display efficiency.
o Improve capabilities and process – get all the stores selling process professional and give trainings to the sales promoters. Make sure all the retail selling process is delivering a Slumberland standard and drive good sales result.
o To qualify for the position as a retail marketing manager, applicants must have at least a bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus on marketing courses. Those who studied communication with a concentration in public relations will also be considered. 
o Candidates who have completed a successful track record on marketing a new brand in China market will be favored.

o Applicants must be organized to excel in a career as a retail marketing manager. 
o They must be confident public speakers and able to deliver presentations with ease. Qualified applicants will demonstrate critical thinking skills. 
o Retail marketing managers must have good interpersonal skills and demonstrate creativity. 
o These professionals must be able to work well under pressure and under tight deadlines, as the work environment is often intense.
o Computer skills are also required of retail marketing manager.
o Proficient in written and spoken English.
Qualification & Experience
o Degree in Marketing or Business Management
o Minimum 5 years marketing manager role for durable consumer market in China, preferred with international brands.
