Primary Responsibilities主要职责:
? Become expert on design validation of the transferred product technology;

? Lead a validation team in establishing a comprehensive validation test capability to support ongoing design and sustaining engineering activities;

? Plan and execute design validation of firmware and software enhancements;

? Lead formal standards compliance type tests and dynamic performance tests;
领导进行正式的样机标准认证测试和动态性能测试；
? Provide input into product design project planning;

? Identify opportunities for product quality, performance and feature improvements;

Qualifications Required 人员要求:
? More than 5 years of relevant design validation experience;
5年以上相关的设计验证经验；
? More than 2 years of design team leadership experience;
2年以上的设计团队的领导经验；
? Knowledge of modern protection and control and distribution automation practices and trends. Utility experience using GE protection and automation products preferred;
熟悉最新保护、控制和配网自动化产品的使用和动态，具有GE保护和自动化产品在电力系统的应用经验者优先；
? Experience using 3 phase test sets (Doble, Omicron) to test protective relay functionality;
具有使用3相测试仪 (Doble、Omicron）测试保护继电器功能经验；
? Knowledge of common SCADA protocols and communications testing. Familiarity with Modbus, IEC61850 and IEC104 preferred;
