职位描述
工作职责：
1、工程部现场设备的运行维护管理；
2、工程部现场运行维护人员管理；
3、部门SOP文件、记录、资料管理；
4、公用系统设备完善与优化（变配电、蒸汽管理、给排水、中央空调系统、纯化水系统、压缩空气系统、自控系统等）；
5、合同管理（付款、质保确认等）；
6、制订公用系统设备的年度保养计划，并推动运维人员实施计划保养和预防性保养；以确保部门KPI指标达成；
7、定期对生产车间温湿度、压差等数据进行分析并形成报告；
8、组织制订并不断完善与本部门职能相关的业务流程、管理制度、分配工作任务，并给予业务指导；
9、跟踪各项计划完成情况，编制配件费用、能源费用月/季报表；
10、根据本部门业务发展计划，结合公司相关人事政策，指导、掊养下属不断改善绩效、提高技能，建设高效能团队；
11、负责保证水、电、气、暖公用设施及生产设备的正常运行；
12、公司的各项内审、外审中无严重不符合项，确保体系持续改善；
13、负责部门各项验证工作过程的确认，并确认部门验证工程师出具验证报告的有效性。
岗位要求：
1、五年以上工厂公用系统设备管理经验（锅炉、冷水机组、中央空调系统、压缩空气系统、纯化水系统、污水处理系统、自控系统等）；
2、熟悉GMP、体外诊断试剂、医疗器械、ISO13485等法律法规；
3、熟悉工厂改、扩建项目流程优先录用；
4、办公软件及Auto CAD制图软件熟练使用。
