工作地为葛沽镇内的仓库

工作职责：

• 遵守操作工艺，完成生产任务

组织调配本团队的人员及设备, 协调生产过程及人员岗位配置，保证完成每天仓库内的生产任务。对整个运作过程中出现的问题(异常情况、突发事件)及时协调解决；协调日常运作中涉及到的各方面关系如客户，第二方物流等。

• 调动团队劳动积极性, 组织实施多岗多技培训

协调本团队中的人员关系，实施绩效管理，组织实施多岗多技培训，为本团队员工更胜任工作提供条件。鼓励团队提合理化建议。为本团队制定培训计划。

• 参与质量改进，落实行动计划

对运作过程中的质量问题，积极参与整改并跟踪落实行动计划，保证整改措施的有效性。在本团队中树立不断改进的意识。

• 提高生产效率和人员配置灵活性

跟踪本团队的生产效率，为提高团队的整体生产效率提出并实施本职范围内的改进措施，人员的安排符合各时间段的理货量大小。

• 执行现场5S，通过严格遵守操作规范来保证账物一致，保障人员和财产安全。

岗位要求：

• 大专以上学历，物流管理、汽车工程专业优先

• 3年以上仓储操作经验，汽车、汽车零部件行业优先

• 熟练掌握办公软件，如Excel、E-mail等，熟悉仓库管理系统（WMS、SAP等）优先
