This position is to play a role that collect, manage and output all data related information for BOSE, he/she shall work closely with sales team, operation team and financial team to acquire different data information and convert the comprehensive report format to help management to review the business status. He/she need to do biz analysis based on the existing fact of data and collect the comments from all functional team to explain the rationale behind and suggest action items.

职责描述：

? Provide sales revenue and finished goods forecasts

? Responsible to collect data source from Sales and Finance and create monthly report by channel by product

? Communicate with sales team to understand opportunities and risks

? Work closely with Sales and Operation team to prepare

? PSI (purchase sales inventory) / rolling forecast data

? IOS/DIOH report and action plan

? Provide sales performance analysis based on market research report, other outsource data and sales feedback for effective decision making

? Provide insight into market opportunities, promotions, and risks based on the data analysis

? Suggest FCST with good rationale and discuss with sales team

? Master to use key data systems like SAP, BI and CRM

? Update data for key channel

任职要求：

? 2-5years Experience in rolling forecast / data management

? Excellent skills to make excel

? Good PPT maker

? Fluent written English, oral is plus

? Logical thinker that can inputs message on top of data itself

? Good communication skills (prefer sales admin background)

? Need to take OT work
