职位描述

学习服务顾问负责日常为学员以及访客提供服务，营造中心良好的英语沟通氛围。与课程顾问团队和教务团队合作，对学员进行日常的学习跟进并提供帮助。解答咨询、解决问题和处理投诉，以协助提高学生的满意度，跟进学员的续费工作。

 

You will:

·        Create and maintain a happy and welcoming environment for student and prospects.

·        Help students plan and review study progress according to EF’s learning approach.

·        Follow up and keep students informed and updated on changes within the center.

·        Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues.

·        Maintain general center cleanliness and discipline.

·        Liaise with Course Consultants with regard to potential course extension, renewals and referral follow-up.

·        Support other center functional teams when needed.

·        Perform administrative duties as require.

·        Assist with Center projects as needed.

 

You have:

·        Becholer degree or above.

·        Passed CET6 or above, fluent oral English, TEM8 is a plus.

·        Passionate and willing to help others.

·        Flexible and patient.

·        Has related service experience is a plus.
