ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Analyze and review master formulas, product specifications, component specifications, label specifications, and printed materials to ensure adequate assurance to end users that our quality is maintained at a high standard
+ Write and update Standard Operating Procedures based upon specific laws and needs of each department
+ Communicate effectively to interdepartmental teams and outside manufacturing facilities
+ Perform QA/QC GMP, HACCP, GLP Audits of company facility
+ Be responsible for vendor relations pertaining to Quality Assurance and document control
+ Maintain vendor/supplier filings and routine GMP audits to each facility as dictated by Director
+ Maintain accurate Document Control System
+ Routinely inspect for deviation in system to retain accurate compliance
+ Ensure strict accuracy with formulas, specifications, label records, production records, audit reports, inspection forms, etc.
+ Control Customer complaints and follows strict SOP requirements for responding to each complaint in an efficient manner
+ Maintain accuracy in filing for each incident received
+ Be responsible for total Quality Unit training
+ Regularly assign interdepartmental training and accurate filing of training logs
+ Coordinate routine consultant audits and ensures accurate reporting with consultants
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree (B.S.) in a technical field
+ 5 to 7 years related experience or 9 years related managerial experience in Quality Assurance. (Biology, Physiology, Anatomy, Chemistry, Microbiology, Earth sciences, etc.)
+ Ability to reason through applicable GMP laws and programs
+ HACCP, GMP, GLP training will be a plus
+ SOP requirements knowledge
+ Document Control System experience
+ High level organization skills
+ Ability to reason through applicable GMP laws and programs
+ Ability to keep department employees focused and engaged
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate with office staff
+ Strong interpersonal skills
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
