ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.

Our client is a leading MNC headquartered in USA and specialized in the bioactives industry, creating natural, bioactive-based health solutions aimed at improving human health.
Salary:

Plant Manager
Travelling:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Perform functions in executing the master schedule
+ Perform Supply Chain transactions, including but not limited to, PO receipts, work order receipts, ingredient and component issues, internal orders, and move orders
+ Cycle Counting and Inventory Control. Research errors and determine measures for corrective action
+ Verifie raw material and component availability for all work orders
+ Create Work Orders and Move Orders for Production requirements
+ Coordinate efforts and verifies that component issues, returns, and FG receipts get completed accuraely against work orders, troubleshoots through problems, and confirm that workorders get closed
+ Complete internal order receipts
+ Will assist the Buyer/Planners
Requirements:
+ Require an Associates Degree
+ 2 to 4 years experience in manufacturing operations or equivalent
+ Must understand basic concepts of Supply Chain Management
+ Must possess knowledge of MRP, CRP, Planning/Scheduling, Bills of Material, Routings, and Inventory Management
+ Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
+ Knowledge of Oracle helpful
+ Must possess knowledge of MRP, CRP, Planning/Scheduling, Bills of Material, Routings, and Inventory Management
+ APICS Certification preferred but not required
+ Must be pro-active, self motivated, and professional
+ Must be able to troubleshoot and problem solve
+ Must be able to handle projects with little supervision
+ Require excellent customer service skills and ability to work well with people
+ Require strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
