ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
Our client is a leading MNC headquartered in USA and specialized in the bioactives industry, creating natural, bioactive-based health solutions aimed at improving human health.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Chongqing, China
Reporting to:
Plant Manager
Travelling:
Rarely
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Routine microbial analysis in a production/research facility environment
+ Preparation and maintenance of medias
+ Glassware preparation
+ Laboratory waste sterilization
+ Assist in the lab set-up and operation
+ Maintenance of environmental monitoring program
+ Be responsible for calibration and metrology program
+ Be responsible for water testing in warehouse
+ Method development, validation, problem solving and writing reports
Requirements:
+ At lease high school diploma is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
+ 7 to 9 years of experience in microbial lab or similar or equivalent
+ Must have experience in laboratory aseptic techniques
+ Must have experience in food or nutritional microbiology lab, qualitative and quantitative microbiology testing of juices, powders, cosmetics and nutritionals
+ Must have experience in laboratory aseptic techniques
+ Strong research and analytical skills are required
+ Must have the ability to multi-task
+ Speak native Chinese Mandatin and excelent English
+ Strong interpersonal skills is requried
