ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Our client is a leading MNC headquartered in USA and specialized in the bioactives industry, creating natural, bioactive-based health solutions aimed at improving human health.
Salary:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Deliver right quality, at right cost at right time to customers
+ Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines and materials
+ Coordinate production, distribution, and warehousing depending on sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by corporate
+ Monitor plant metrics, identify root causes for less than desirable results and demonstrate the skills and focus needed for daily continuous improvement
+ Set expectations for plant management team and plant personnel
+ Create replacement leader
+ Understands and works within a budget
+ Provide leadership and direct and focus plant improvement initiatives that will drive Corporate Strategy (Growth and Profitability of company)
+ Oversee and steer plant improvement teams
+ Oversee and control safety and security
Requirements:
+ Bachelor in Operations or equivalent experience
+ Minimum 5 to 7 years' experience GMP facility management
+ Experience managing manufacturing plant
+ Experience managing in a GMP facility
+ GMP facility management
+ Knowledge in QCDSM and its application in a manufacturing facility
+ Must have excellent leadership skills
+ Has strong business and technical knowledge
+ Speak native Chinese Mandarin and fluent English
