＞ Plan, develop and execute trade marketing campaign aligning with brand strategy to achieve business objective;

＞ Manage KPIs and tracking mechanism to measure and enhance effectiveness of trade marketing programs after the KPI report analysis; 

＞ Work closely with marketing and sales team to ensure the smooth implementation of the trade marketing strategies and programs, and develop effective plan to support own channel and franchise channel. 

＞ Visit and understand key customers to deliver customize programs; 

＞ Prepare and organize the presentation materials for sales team towards the distributor sales training; 

＞ Assist Sale team to run sales campaign including but not limited product launch, worldwide industry exhibition, innovation week, product training, etc. 

＞ Provide advice to ensure the communications program with minimum conflict to trade partners’ interest; 

＞ Support bottom-up budget proposals and supervise the execution; 

＞ Optimize the programs continuously and improving ROI;

任职要求：

？ College or above 

？ Durable consumer goods experience best 

？ Above 5 years progressive experience in same position. Have sound track records.

？ Effective verbal and written communication skills 

？ Be proficient in both English and Chinese

？ Skills in MS Office 

？ Strong data analysis skills

？ Strong project management skills
