Global Business Services (GBS) develops, maintains and implements standardized transactional processes across Bose, to be delivered by our Shanghai, China Business Services Team and supported across other Bose offices worldwide. By closely aligning with internal customers, GBS manages the delivery of services to achieve our internal business needs by driving efficiencies and effectiveness.

Key Objectives & Accountabilities
The Order to Cash Delivery Manager is part of the Asia Pacific GBS leadership team, reporting to the APAC Delivery Services Manager. The Business Delivery Manager is expected to build and leverage the strength of stakeholder relationships to ensure continued alignment to business needs while providing outstanding leadership, people management and development that inspires a team of delivery specialists to do their best work to meet or exceed delivery objectives within the Order to Cash end to end process. The Business Delivery Manager will continuously and proactively identify and implement improvements that increase service levels and free up team capacity to expand the overall scope of value delivery.
Main areas of responsibility
Build and invest in relationships with key stakeholders within (Customer to Cash Service Owner, other functional APAC delivery teams, Bose Business Service Center in Portugal) and outside of (Accounting, Business Navigation) GBS
Manage the credit, customer billing, cash applications, collections & dispute management processes
Develop and deliver upon plans to achieve business objectives by managing others
Actively drive the ongoing development of staff
Optimize work processes and utilization of staff through the application of Lean continuous improvement and automation methods and tools
Leverage metrics and benchmarks to monitor and ensure timeliness, accuracy and efficiency of value delivery
Manage the transition of new activities according to negotiated service level agreements and timelines
Ensure compliance to established accounting controls
Manage department budget within established targets
Analyze key themes through synthesis of data from a wide range of sources to identify and proactively mitigate/capitalize upon possible business impacts and opportunities
Interpret Corporate policy, develop procedures and monitor implementation to ensure outcomes are achieved
Education and Experience Requirements
Experience: 8+ years of experience in an Order to Cash role
Experience in a shared service center environment
Experience with Lean Management tools and process improvement
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Economics or equivalent work experience
