Key responsibilities:

1.Keep dies in press line operation correctly, deal with stop line because of dies in time.保证模具在生产线的正常运行，及时处理由模具产生的停线问题
2.Repair die, judge problem of die and repair it .维修模具，对模具问题作出判断并进行修复.
3.Regularly check die surface, die function components ,maintenance and prevent maintenance.定期对模具表面，功能部件进行检查，维护或更换.
4.Comply with maintenance documents to clean, maintain.按照模具清洁，维护，保养文件要求对模具进行清洁，维护及保养.
5.Attend new project stamping die pre-buy off and buy off, find out problem and track supplier to solve it.参与新模具预验收及终验收，提出模具需整改问题项并监督供应商整改完成.
6.Manufacture urgent stamping die components, like pierce punch ,pierce bottom ,limited plate etc.加工制造紧急简单模具零件，例如，冲头，凹模套，垫块等.
7.Finish 5S work in maintenance area.完成模修区的5S工作.
8.Complete other assigned work in time.及时完成安排的其它工作.

Qualification:
1.technical school and above education degree,major is die etc.中技及以上学历，模具相关专业.
2.At least three years dies debugging experience in car company。五年以上主机厂轿车模具调试钳工工作经验。
3.Do maintenance work from die maintenance Supervisor.根据模具维修主管的要求开展工作。
4.Track press line ,maintenance ,prevent maintenance according to maintenance documents. 按照模具跟线，维修，维护，保养的文件要求工作.
5.Be familiar with high or middle level car big outer skin or high strenth material stamping structure and forming theory.熟悉中，高档轿车大型外观件，高强件模具结构及成形原理。
6.Can operate bench work equipments ,like spotting air equipments ,grinding machine etc.能够熟练使用钳工钳修工具设备，例如研配气动风枪，砂轮机等。
7.Good communication skill.良好的沟通技能。
8.Good cooperation and a strong drive for result.良好的合作关系和结果导向的动力。
