ABOUT DIRECT HR:

Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinate with quality, technique, design departments to discuss order detail before launch into production to make sure products are in consistent with customer's requirement
+ Confirm orders, prepare purchase plan and production plan, estimate delivery schedule
+ Work with related departments to ensure order processing, follow and track the lead time according to schedule, Coordinate to settle problems occurred in the order processing
+ Coordinate with related departments for urgent orders, try everything to promote delivery time
+ Coordinate shipping, export, finish daily delivery plan timely and accurately, also with other reports
+ Process order in SAP system timely, clear overdue orders and maintain data accuracy in the system
+ Other task assigned by management
Requirements:
+ Bachelor degree with related subject
+ At least 3 years experience in manufacturing planning and order controlling
+ Sea freight and logistics knowledge
+ Experience with import and export handling
+ Advanced skills in SAP and Office-Software (especially Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
+ Well structured, organized, efficient and accurate working method
+ Fluent English in speaking/reading/writing
