NATURE & SCOPE:

1) Identifies and fosters purposeful partnerships with key scientific influencers to drive new sources 

of patient value.  

2) Converses in two-way scientific interactions, disease state and treatment algorithm discussions 

optimizing understanding of UCB therapies for the right patient segments in a scientific and balanced 

manner within the local health ecosystem.  

3) Collaborates to advance local patient value oriented initiatives i.e., Medical, RWE with key 

stakeholders 

4) Ensures UCB Operational Compliance to the highest professional standards 

MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1) Optimize patient experience by delivering onboarding and adherence program 

2) Exploration and identification of new sources of patient value (innovative solutions and services) 

3) Provide scientific support for HCP/Patient education   

4) Support RWE/HEOR generation following national center or protocol 

5) Collect insight from KOLs 

6) Generate/review local scientific content 

7) Disease/product training for local team 

8) Implement pre-launch local activity 

9) Local scientific communication (response to off-label information 

10) Other ad-hoc tasks assigned 

JOB PROFILE (Education & Experience):

Education: 

？ Education MD；MsC in Medicine 

Experience： 

？ Experience in clinical practice in relevant therapeutic area 

？ Strong interpersonal skills 

？ Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

？ Ability to clearly articulate complex scientific concepts in 1:1 and group settings 

？ Ability to actively listen and process information to identify opportunities 

？ Business acumen with a basic understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and healthcare arena 

？ Ability to take initiative and work both independently and in a team environment 

？ Strong multi-tasking, time management, and organizational skills 

？ Ability to effectively balance field time and administrative duties 

？ Proficient in Microsoft applications, and web-based applications
