Objectives of the position:

-Lead the primer lab activities for local development as well as know-how transfer - conduct the assigned analysis, test and adaptation for products, raw materials and intermediates.

-Continously perform product improvement activities including cost saving activities

-Meet all company requirements of quality and EHS

Main Tasks:

1.New raw material Analysis and Testing:

-For cost saving or localization, do the quality analysis and testing for the new raw material and related intermediates and finished products to ensure the quality of products meet the quality standards of the company and customer.

2.Product development:

-Related product research and development according to the needs of the market. Follow the customer or company specification.

3.Product improvement:

-To improve the general products property to meet the requirements of customers.

4.Documentation

-Prepare the test reports according to the product development guideline, identify problems and result

5.Consolidation

-Consolidate the raw materials to reduce the technology complexity.

6.Technical support for new products' line trial and follow up the initial production and application.

-Support for the technical trouble shooting.

7.People Management:

-Coordinate and supervise subordinate's daily work. Constantly do some training to technicians to improve their skill levels. Advise on employee's performance.

Required for the position:

-Education:College graduate or above

-Working Experience:3+ years of relevant experice in Automobile Coatings

-Technical&Professional Knowledge:polymer science or related chemical or painting knowledge,skilled computer operation,skilled English ability about reading and writing
