岗位位职责：

1、技术中心人员管理，包含员工关系处理、架构管理、团队建设等；

2、 全面对运营中心、维修中心人员进行培训；

3、 负责对接公司COE、Opx团队，完成公司下发的任务；

4、 负责项目建筑设施的日常管理中的技术问题处理；

5、负责对接租户部门的二次装修管理图纸审核；

6、  督促、帮助技术中心的工程师达成各自的工作目标；

7、 负责项目技术资料管理；

8、 负责项目工具、物料采购；

9、  负责完成上级及客户交代的其它工作。

岗位要求：

1）学历与专业：全日制大专以上学历，工科专业

2）5年以上高保障设施管理相关工作经验；

3) 具备多专业运作管理经验，参与过多项综合设施项目验收工作，商写项目管理经历，或具有厂房管理验者优先；

4）具有较强设施技术功底，对改造项目的风险有较强的分析能力；

5）对建筑物设备设施管理有深刻理解；

6）有良好组织、沟通协调能力、组织建设及人员管控能力、及很强的综合事务处理能力；

7）熟练使用办公软件，工作积极主动、热情待人。
