1. 根据维保计划对现场公用设施设施按时进行日常维护保养
2. 公用设施系统的日常监控、故障分析、状态汇报和维修
3. 按时在SAP系统中完成相应工单（预防性维护工单、维修工单、应急维修工单）
4. 检测设备和仪器仪表的校准
5. 设备的持续性改善建议
6. 承包商的现场设备维保和维修工作
7. 并确保自有证书的复审，确保所有证书和资质有效
8. 设备调试和尾项改进工作
9. 所有环境健康安全政策和程序

1) 需低压电工操作证, 推荐高压进网操作和值班证

2) 推荐制冷工证 

3) 3年以上厂务技术员经验   

4) 易于沟通，并善于自我激励
