 MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES主要职责

1. Lead integrated evidence generation across RWE, HEOR, Phase IV studies, internal and other data.
2. Manage and update internal data regularly, including literature, KOL and material database etc.
3. Engage providers, patients and others with tailored information that improves outcomes
4. Develop real world insights-generation process across internal & external sources to understand and inform the decisions of individual stakeholders
5. Explore AI-facilitated integrated data generation opportunities
6. Work with Engine and external stakeholders (e.g. HCP, association, patient group) to articulate clinical value
7. Deep understanding of stakeholder evidence needs
8. Develop capabilities to engage & influence stakeholders on clinical insights & evidence in real world setting to accelerate access to products & services for the benefit of patients
9. Work with Engine and external stakeholders (e.g. HCP, association, patient group) to upgrade physician & patient decision making
10. Understand individual prescriber & patient journeys in choosing therapy
11. Develop multiple touchpoints to provide tailored information focused on improving outcomes to physicians & patients

Education 学历

·           Master degree in Medicine/Pharmacy/Life Sciences

·           Advanced degree in epidemiology is a plus

Experience经验

·           2+ years of Medical Affairs/Clinical Development/CRO experience in the biopharmaceutical industry

·           Data Science programming, Python and R is preferred.

·           Clinical experience in Epilepsy/Parkinson’s Disease or Neurology preferred

·           Demonstrated ability to articulate complex scientific & economic findings with simplicity & clarity and ability to negotiate with internal & external stakeholders to achieve desired results is required

·           Demonstrated ability to work independently

·           Fluent in both oral and written English
