岗位职责:

1、负责定期对备件仓库进行盘点，确保帐、卡、物一致；
2、负责仓库管理和运输管理，确保备件交付的及时性和准确性；
3、负责与上游客户保持沟通，不断适应客户的要求，并达到KPI目标；
4、负责对下游运输进行管控，运输方案的不断优化，有效的成本控制，满足客户KPI考核；
5、配合做好员工的招聘和员工的团队管理；
6、负责本部门的人员管理及安全工作；负责公司各项制度在本部门宣导及相关信息的传递；
7、负责定期召开部门会议，不断提高备件工作人员业务水平和服务意识，保证本部门员工良好的工作状态
8、负责监督、指导备件工作人员做好备件管理工作，保证充足的、纯正的备件供应；
9、负责本部门人员的备件业务的培训指导及制定本部门培训计划；
10、负责质量管理体系中的相关工作。

要求:

1、物流管理等相关专业，本科学历。
2、3年以上物流工作经历，熟悉国内物流市场。
3、在汽车备件物流3年以上工作经验。

4、有强烈的进取心，并能够在比较少的监督下独立工作；
5、良好的数据分析能力，熟练操作电子表格等办公软件。
6、具备良好的沟通和创新能力；
7、具备项目管理能力，并给予整体的物流解决方案；
