本科以上学历，3年以上iOS或Mac App开发经验 ，专科要5年以上iOS或Mac App开发经验  
-具备扎实的Objective-C编程能力 ，尤其对UIKit和AppKit framework有清晰的理解，能够熟练 编写自定义控件和常用动画效果，有Mac App开发经验优先   
-熟练掌握TCP、HTTP等网络传输协议、数据库、XML/JSON等常用技术   
-熟悉iOS和及常用的framework，熟悉IOS系统运行机理，对内存管理、对象生命周期有清晰的认识   
-具有强烈的进取心和求知欲望，善于学习和运用新知识，乐于解决具有挑战性的问题   
-具有良好的团队合作精神和积极主动的沟通意识   
-具有较强的逻辑思维和责任感
