PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Deal with the marketing of the company targeted towards attracting and retaining talented people.
Focus to increase and refine the stock of knowledge the company possesses.
Define the personality of a company as a preferred employer, with a central concept in HR marketing.
Provide potential employees with information on business, culture and benefits of working for this company.
Strategize and implement superior programs on the campus recruitment space to have an early traction of outstanding students from key universities.
Develop solid relationship with universities, conduct feasibility studies on program such as scholarship in China to continue to have a strong foothold with universities and students
RESPONSIBILITY:
Propose China employer branding strategies and approaches
Manage the changes that impact the company as an employer of choice
Evaluate the company's position as an employer of choice including strengths and weaknesses
Be responsible for university and college relationship, and manage SIFE programs
Be responsible for campus recruitment and manage Management Trainee program
Be responsible for internship programs
Organize and prepare for the events, cooperate with media and edit articles of Employer Branding for internal and external communication throughout the year if necessary with joint efforts from Corporate Communications
Develop tool kit (brochures/flyers, booth, giveaways, photos and other decoration facilities, etc.)
Enhance existing program currently in place and optimize the impact of programs on universities
Work with internal stakeholders which comprises of the Staffing team and Business groups in understanding their demand on interns hiring and bridging this demand with world class programs.
Consult with internal clients on interns utilization to meet both short and long term needs of different business groups.
Key member to work in partnership with the staffing team of different business group in rolling out program to the business level.
Key member in managing yearly campus recruitment effort which entail strategizing recruitment effort, execution of activities on campus, management of campus recruitment vendors, driving consolidation of campus recruitment effort for Ecolab China.
Measure and analyzes key recruiting metrics for the purpose of managing recruiting effectiveness and educating our clients.
Identify ways to ensure that applicants to Ecolab are treated in a professional and consistent manner, maintaining and improving upon the company's image and reputation, even when candidates are rejected.
Drive different aspect of the College program such as marketing, campaign roll out as well as report generation
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree or above
5-8 years experience in Staffing or Marketing from MNC, ideally in the campus recruitment related or relationship management field.
Strongly required both oral and written communications in English and Chinese
Excellent Presentation Skills and article writing
Powerful Communication Skills
Requires an approachable personal style, effective problem analysis.
Strong ability to influence and make an impact. Must be able to consult and not an order taker.
Strong PC skills in Windows applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Must be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team.
Requires strong negotiating, influencing and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated discretion in dealing with highly confidential matters.
Must be able to travel across China as required, especially during the campus recruitment season.
