系统关键用户（SAP系统）

工作职责

了解SAP仓储模块系统操作，完成KPI日/月报表，并对仓库操作工进行系统培训。具体包括：

• 系统操作

根据要求，在仓储系统处理收货、上架、分拣，出库、盘点等事项；

解决现场简单的系统问题；

对于复杂的系统问题，能够对远程IT工程师作准确的问题/需求描述。

• 数据处理、分析

协助查询库存、出库情况，并完成库存表、收发货表等常规报表；

协助仓库经理/主管根据人员、设备、库存情况，合理安排收发货工作。

• 人员培训与质量改善

对仓库文员/操作员进行系统培训；

针对运作过程中的质量问题，积极参与整改并跟踪落实行动计划，保证整改措施的有效性。

岗位要求

一年以上仓库工作经验，熟悉仓库的操作流程；

大专学历，掌握基础的办公软件，包括邮件、Excel等；

一年及以上SAP仓储模块操作经验；

良好的服务意识，能承受一定压力（时效压力、客户压力）。

薪资福利

税前月薪5,000-5,500元，年终奖
