主要职责:

1)      To maintain ORBIT system in the most optimal operational status, including effectively manage all data source and data activities (e.g. stakeholder profiling, call activities, events, speaker, cycle plan etc) in daily or monthly base.

    

2)      To manager DCR process make sure the HCP master data smoothly run and in place to continuously improve data reliability.

    

3)      Work with IBM (Orbit support team) to coordinate relevant data delivery and input management.

    

4)      Participate to work with global CLRM team (inc. IBM) getting involve about new release UAT and following new user story process management.

    

5)      Support Line manager to participate SFA system (BI/Core) upgrade to meet business requirement, working with IT and vendor to delivery and maintain system functionality.

    

6)      Execute with SFE BP to interpret data / analyse the impact of Action Plan on business strategy.

    

7)      Support to provide ORBIT operation training for end-user (Field Force).

    

8)      Ability to communicate with IT help desk (global and local) about ORBIT stuff.

2  Bachelor degree

    

2  Very good command of spoken and written English

    

2  Computer literate

    

    

Experience经验:

    

    

2  2-3 year working experiences in pharma industry, IT experience is a plus.

    

2  Working knowledge with sales CRM-like systems, where experience with Salesforce/Veeva would represent a strong asset.

    

2  Proactive (service oriented) attitude and good team work
