Travel Asia

EF Travel Asia is EF Education First’s Corporate Travel department located in Shanghai, China. Travel Asia is one of EF’s four Corporate Travel offices worldwide. We are currently looking for an energetic individual interested in working in a fun, young and fast-paced environment.

The Role

As a Corporate Travel Coordinator, you will identify and produce the best travel options from a safety, quality and cost perspective, while also providing excellent customer service support for our employees. The position involves booking, ticketing, changing flights, liaising with our network of airlines and coordinating between international offices. In addition you will also assist in maintaining and developing our internal booking system, manage back office tasks and deal with emergency situations we encounter on a daily basis.

Your profile

You have a flare for service and you are a team player that can manage multiple tasks, remain calm under pressure, and have the ability to deliver on expectations with a positive outlook. You love to meet new people and build relations within the company.

We are looking for an ambitious individual who is passionate about travel with a “nothing is impossible” attitude. We expect you to have a creative approach to problem solving, be proactive in identifying possibilities, be flexible, self-motivated and deadline driven.
A willingness to go the extra mile and to grow within the role is a must.

In the fast paced environment at EF Travel, attention to details with exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential. You must be comfortable with various reporting and computer systems, and prepared for communication with representatives from internal departments and divisions on a daily basis.

Qualifications

·   GDS knowledge

·   Excellent problem solving skills.

·   Fluent in spoken and written English.

·   Bachelor degree
