职位概述
1、负责根据公司招聘计划，开展招聘工作，与各部门保持密切沟通，按时保质完成招聘任务；
2、负责招聘渠道的拓展与维护，优化招聘流程，提高招聘效率；
3、候选人简历的筛选、挖掘，面试预约及面试过程的组织、实施；
4、负责其他招聘日常管理工作。

任职条件
1、本科及以上学历，具备人事招聘关联工作经验；
2、超强的沟通能力，良好的人际协调能力；
3、能够熟练运用各种招聘和选拔的工具和方法；
4、良好的英文听说读写基础；
5、能熟练使用办公软件及办公设备。
