ABOUT DIRECT HR:
DIRECT HR IS A PREMIUM CHINA-FOCUSED RECRUITMENT FIRM SPECIALIZED IN SUPPORTING LEADING EUROPEAN, AMERICAN AND CHINESE EMPLOYERS WITH THEIR TALENT ACQUISITION IN CHINA.
Client:
US Fortune 500 company of more than 100 years history, supplying specialized products and services for Energy related industries and highly engineered position and motion control systems.
Salary:
Competitive Salary (depending on experience)
Starting date:
As soon as possible
Location:
Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China
Reporting to:
Commercial Leader Asian Pacific
Travelling:
Frequently travelling in APAC zone (China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea)
Recruitment process:
+ Telephone interviews
+ Face-to-face interviews
Responsibilities:
+ Generating sales in excess of $3M to $5M USD to the APAC Nuclear Utility PowerGen market.
+ Identify and track major projects in the Nuclear PowerGen Industry
+ Liaise with the Nuclear PowerGen team members throughout the company for strategic planning and to provide details of applications and opportunities
+ Identify opportunities in the market for potential service partners, new products, and potential acquisitions
+ Build long term relationships with all levels of personnel to help establish and strengthen company brand in the marketplace
+ Act as a team player within the APAC Market to assist in sales related activities
+ Support domestic and international sales efforts as directed by the APAC Business Leader and the Global Nuclear Portfolio Leader
Requirements:
+ Advanced level of Education degree in a related field
+ 10 years experience in the Power Generation market selling to high-level personnel
+ Have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read design drawings and problem solve technical applications
+ Have strong presentation skills
+ Speak Fluent Chinese Mandarin
+ Speak good English
